Policies

All services are conducted under appointments only -- no walk ins.

Please come bare-faced (clean, no makeup) if you are receiving services on your face.

We reserve the right to charge the full amount, and not allow rescheduling when the client has not contacted us prior. We reserve the right to turn clients away that are more than 5 minutes. Clients have 24 hours to cancel or reschedule without being charged.

*This is reflected through our booking website, Square, which you will have to "agree" to these policies when making an appointment.

*Children are NOT permitted in our studio

It is difficult for our artists and massage therapist to create a calming and tranquil experience for other clients when children are present. *If you bring your child with you without consulting your artist beforehand, you will be charged the full amount of your service or be asked to reschedule your appointment.
